Responsibilities:
- Membership Management

- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of all club members, including contact information, membership status, and payment records.
- Process new membership applications, ensuring all necessary information and fees are collected.
- Manage annual renewals, including issuing reminders and updating records as needed.
- Communication

- Serve as the primary contact for all membership-related inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
- Regularly communicate with members about key updates, events, and renewal deadlines via email, newsletters, or other channels.
- Liaise with the club committee or management team to provide insights and updates on membership trends and issues.
- Financial Oversight

- Track membership fees, issue invoices, and follow up on overdue payments.
- Collaborate with the Treasurer to reconcile membership revenue and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Reporting and Documentation

- Generate periodic membership reports, highlighting trends in membership growth, retention, and demographics.
- Ensure all membership records comply with relevant data protection laws (e.g., GDPR) and club policies.
- Engagement and Retention

- Assist in organizing initiatives to enhance member satisfaction and retention, such as events, feedback surveys, and engagement campaigns.
- Work with other club officers to identify opportunities to attract new members and grow the club’s presence in the community.
- Policy Compliance

- Ensure that all membership activities align with the club’s constitution, bylaws, and policies.
- Handle sensitive member information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
