Club Role Title: Field Archery Representative
Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination and Management

- Plan, organize, and manage field archery events, including competitions, practice sessions, and training days.
- Ensure all events run smoothly, including preparing course layouts, securing equipment, and managing participant registration.
- Act as the main point of contact for field archery events and liaise with external organizations when required.
- Safety and Compliance

- Ensure all field archery activities comply with national and club safety regulations, including risk assessments and equipment checks.
- Provide guidance on safety protocols to participants and club members during field archery activities.
- Monitor and maintain the field archery course to ensure it meets safety and operational standards.
- Member Engagement

- Promote field archery within the club, encouraging participation from members of all skill levels.
- Work with coaches and instructors to support the development of members’ skills and knowledge in field archery.
- Act as a resource for members, providing advice and support on field archery techniques, equipment, and rules.
- Communication and Representation

- Represent the field archery discipline at club meetings and provide updates on events, participation, and any issues.
- Collaborate with other club representatives to ensure field archery is aligned with the club’s overall goals and activities.
- Maintain communication with external field archery organizations to stay informed of relevant updates and opportunities.
- Administrative Duties

- Maintain accurate records of field archery participants.
- Prepare and present regular reports to the club committee, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
